What should a student portfolio include?

A short intro, 2 to 4 projects with what you built and the result, your skills, education, and links to GitHub, LinkedIn and your resume.

Can I see who visits my portfolio?

You can see how many people viewed it, unique visitors, traffic sources such as LinkedIn or Google, and which links they clicked. Visitor IP addresses are not stored.
